TERMS OF PURCHASE/BUSINESS GUIDELINES
Welcome to Kammie Lou Lou's Custom Fabric Shop aka Kammieland. We are excited to have you with us and hope you fall in love with our group and our products. Please take the time to read through this post.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Here in Kammieland we strive to be inclusive of all people. We encourage our members to be who they are and proudly share who they/their children or friends/family are. This is a safe place for all who chose to be here. Therefore, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding hate speech or bullying. Violating our policy is grounds for immediate removal.
WHOLESALE PRICING: If you order 15 yards or more of a single print, single colorway, I will discount the cost by 10%. You will need to check out and then use the web form to request the discount by refund. You MUST CLAIM THE DISCOUNT DURING THE OPEN ROUND. One the round closes, discounts may not be issued for any reason.
TURNAROUND TIME: Each fabric listing will list the turn around time. In general our turn around time is 6 -8 weeks but reserve the right to take up to 14 weeks to deliver your fabric to you. We communicate weekly via the group on the status of each round. Please search the group for "#update" prior to requesting a status update via the web form.
Retail Turn around time is up to 7-10 business days. Our average is 3 – 4 business days.

In short: You pay 50% down at checkout. Lay-Buy will charge you a non-refundable 1.9% fee at this time. In 4 weeks, they will auto charge your account for the balance due on the installment plan.
RETAIL YARDAGE IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE CONTINUOUS. IF YOU ORDER 5 YARDS, YOU COULD GET 5 x 1 YARD CUTS. Please note that if a fabric is NOT in stock we will refund the out of stock yardage and ship the balance of the order. Any cuts we have of sizes 33” - <36” will be listed in the drop down as such and price adjusted accordingly. If you receive yardage short of what you ordered, it is unintentional and you should contact customer service immediately so that we can fix the situation.
SHIPPING: WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING. Our shipping is determined by weight by our website when you checkout. If you are overcharged for shipping i will do refunds. But please understand that i do these in one sitting at the very end of cutting a round. I will refund shipping overages over $1.
ADDRESS CHANGES: please submit a CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUEST on our website.
In custom printing flaws can happen. We feel it necessary to set a strict flaw policy for this reason. Any flaw within 6" of the selvage is not cause for replacement or refunded yardage. In the event that you locate a flaw in the material or printing LARGER than a US quarter, please notify us. All flaws/shortages MUST BE REPORTED within 7 days following the delivery of your order. Any flaw/shortage identified after that period of time will not be refunded/replaced. You report these on the website via our customer service request form.
Due to the custom nature of our products there are no refunds on orders/fabrics. The only exception to this rule is if we have failed to properly represent what you are purchasing in terms of fabric content; fabric type and size. If you have an issue with a fabric you have received, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to address your concerns. We reserve the right to replace the fabric first at our discretion a refund may be given should we find that we made an error. Furthermore, you must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your fabric shipment. After this period of time we reserve the right to deny compensation or replacement yardage.
Should we deem you are due a monetary refund, you will be refunded via your original form of payment.
Lastly, please, if you are ever unhappy or concerned about something please email me. email@example.com I am very easy to work with and ultimately want you to be happy. I am human, I make mistakes from time to time. If you are unhappy, i need to be aware of it. I cannot fix, what I don't know is broken. I appreciate your understanding.
